How do I reserve a rental?


Give us a call at (256) 254-9581 and we will take it from there! In order to reserve a rental, payment must be made in full. We accept cash or credit, and a credit or debit card must be on file for the duration of the rental. If you need to speak with us after hours, call (256) 254-8001, e-mail us at info@seequipmentrentals.com, or message us on Facebook! We will get back to you as soon as possible.




Where are you located and do you deliver?


We are located at 802 W Meighan Blvd. in Gadsden, AL. We offer competitive delivery rates and will deliver anywhere across the southeast! Give us a call at (256) 254-8001 or e-mail info@seequipmentrentals.com for a quote.




Can my company set up a charge account?


Absolutely! In order to set up a charge account simply fill out our charge account form and bring it by your nearest location or e-mail it to info@seequipmentrentals.com. Alternatively, you can come by any location and pickup a charge account form.




Do you run specials or promotions?


We always offer the lowest price backed by our price match guarantee on comparable equipment, but we also offer our customers several giveaways and specials throughout the year. Who do I contact for after hour repairs?


We offer 24 hour emergency service. If you have any mechanical issues with your rental and it's after hours, contact us at (256) 254-8001 ext. 2 to speak with our on call mechanic.




How many hours on the meter do I get with my rental?


We now offer UNLIMITED HOURS on all of our equipment. Reserve now by calling (256) 254-8001.




Do you offer rental insurance?


If you do not have rental insurance of your own, we offer a rental protection plan for 10% of the total rental price.




How far will you deliver?

What changes have been made due to COVID-19?


At Southeastern Equipment Rentals, we have implemented a few steps to ensure customer and employee health. We will remain open with a smaller staff. We offer the entire rental process over the phone via DocuSign and we have adjusted our delivery rates so we can deliver any piece of equipment including indoor equipment. We ask that you give us a call at 256-254-8001 for all rental inquires and reservations.
